Thank you again for designing and delivering the training module on "Teleprospecting" for our entry-level sales representatives in New York. Teaching a different spin on this vital skill is a challenge, and we appreciate your taking the time to customize a training module that met our needs. The general feedback we received from the sales reps who took the training was positive, and they were able to apply these new skills immediately.
